I can’t say enough great things about Arcane Plumbing. My family and I bought a house that needed plumbing work (water heater, main supply line etc.) Eric was referred to me from a family member who had worked with him before. They spoke very highly of him and his work. I now understand why. His professionalism, honesty and wealth of knowledge during our first inspection and quote was a breath of fresh air. His honest recommendations made my decision making process so smooth. The installation process was incredibly smooth as well. He was punctual, prepared and realistic with his timelines. Before I knew it, Eric had replaced the water lines under my house and installed a tankless water heater that has been a massive upgrade to our home. The connections are clean and routed in a way that makes sense. It looks and functions beautifully! I can’t thank him enough for the quality work he put in at a great price. Eric helped me to brainstorm on an issue getting hot water to my kitchen, which is a distance from the HWHeater. He offered up several solutions with varying prices and we agreed on one. He did a fantastic job correcting the problem and was very thorough in checking the system. Excellent plumber....and I have had plenty that have not been.
